Don't leave your little girl out in the cold this winter! Whip up a Ruffled Cardigan for her. This confident beginner pattern features:
- Purchased or self-made ruffle all around the edges
- Fully reversible
- Belt loops
- Tie sash
- Sizes 18m-8
Materials - Knit Fabric for outside and lining, pre-ruffled fabric or ruffled lace trim at least 1 inch wide, 1 1/2 yards (1.37 meters) of grosgrain or velvet ribbon for sash, 16” (41 cm) of 1/8”-1/2” (3mm-12mm) ribbon or bias tape for belt loops.
You could also choose to make your own ruffle for this project. Be aware that the ruffle will be seen from both sides.
